Sarah Chalke

Sarah Chalke was born in Ottawa, Ontario Canada on 27 August 1976. Angie Chalke is her mother and Doug Chalke are her father. She is the middle child, having one older sister Natasha Chalke, and one younger, Piper Chalke. Sarah began her acting career in the film City Boy (1992), produced for television. After her first film she auditioned for the role of Becky on Roseanne (1988) in 1993. Following the time that Alicia Goranson left the show to go to college The show was looking for someone to replace her. Sarah graduated from highschool in 1995 and was involved in the production of Roseanne (1988) between 1994 and 1995. In 1994, Sarah starred alongside Jim Varney in Ernest Goes to School (1994). Then, in 1996, she was in two films, including Robin of Locksley (1996) as well as Stand Against Fear (1996) where she played a cheerleadernamed "Krista Wilson". Sarah was also invited to star in a TV show called Nothing Too Good for a Cowboy (1998), one year after Roseanne (1988). Based on the show Nothing Too Good For a Cowboy (1998) The show also took inspiration from. In 1993, she took over Becky's part on Roseanne (1988). She announced that she was planning to leave acting and go to university. 2001 (1993-1997) She was Sara Gilbert's elder sister on Roseanne (1988) however, she is actually younger. Participated in the 1999 CCMA award ceremony and presented an award to the most successful single of 1999. September 1999: Participated at the age of 8 in Vancouver's theater productions. A native speaker of French and German. She volunteers at the hospice which cares for sick children who are terminally ill. In her leisure moments, Chalke prefers cooking with her friends (especially Thai and sushi) as well as playing the guitar or hiking, ski (she's an instructor) or snowboarding, kayaking and reading. Her father is an attorney, and both parents operate an adoption agency for children. She traveled with her parents to China two years ago to assist in coordinating the adoptions of many orphans.
